All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP initially, until you get to the checkout section and select the country of origin you are sending this to, this will then update and be changed to your local currency. Please note, you may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.

DUTY / CUSTOM CHARGES

The grand total of your order displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties charges. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.

Orders outside of the UK may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your destination country. Please ensure to check your spam folder, as sometimes the custom payment email appears here, depending on your email provider, and therefore could be missed. 

Epetōme has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

You, as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

If you do not wish to pay the additional fees mentioned, please refuse this and the parcel will be returned back to us in order to then refund you, as there is no way of us being able to remove those charges unfortunately. Our team will also not offer a replacement to be sent if you then change your mind in wanting to pay these fees if the parcel has since been returned. We will also not refund you if you have paid a shipping fee, as the parcel was also dispatched and held with customs at the time.

Please note on some occasions during extra customs checks, they may request an invoice to allow your order to be released. If you do require this you can either provide proof of your email confirmation or contact our Customer Support Team on support@epetome.com who will be able to advise you further.

SHIPPING TO IRELAND:

Please note that orders shipped to the EU may experience delays beyond our standard delivery estimates below. As we ship from the UK, deliveries to EU destinations are subject to customs checks and import procedures, and we are unable to guarantee that your order will not incur a customs charge, as this is determined by local customs authorities and is outside of our control.

Based on customer feedback, delivery typically takes around 5-7 days depending on the courier and destination. Higher-value orders, such as longer subscription plans, may be more likely to incur a customs charge, as this can depend on whether the order value exceeds the destination country’s duty-free threshold. Your courier may issue an invoice for any applicable charges.

Should you incur a customs charge, please contact our customer care team with valid proof of payment, such as a receipt or invoice issued by customs, and the amount will be refunded to you.

Please note the following countries we do not deliver to due to difficulties currently in being able to get parcels to these destinations. Please note at the moment we don’t have any resellers in these territories, however this is something our team is working on. 

Please note once your order has been placed, we cannot apply a discount code for you on top of this, discount codes can only be applied when at checkout. 

Depending on the time you contact our team to make any changes to your order before it is sent, we have no guarantee that our team will be able to do this for you and we hold no responsibility if the parcel has already been despatched. We typically hold orders for around 2 hours before being processed to allow enough time for this to be cancelled or altered, so please take this into consideration.
