ELIGIBILITY

• This prize promotion is only open to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of Epetome or anyone else connected to the prize are not permitted to enter.
• Epetome reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry if Epetome reasonably considers the entry to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
• By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Epetome reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

HOW TO ENTER

• The competition runs between 20:00PM GMT 13/12/2024 and 23:59PM GMT 19/12/2024, only entries submitted during this designated term will be considered as valid entries.
• To enter, you must like and save the competition post. You must be following @epetome_co and comment on the competition post tagging a friend and providing a reason for wanting to try our product. Multiple entries are permitted as long as the comment is not replicated, and must be tagging a different account.

CHOOSING THE WINNER

• The winner will be drawn at random no later than 4 days after the close of the competition term.
• Epetome will notify the winner by the @epetome_co Instagram account directly within 7 days after the close of the competition term. The notification will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the notification, another winner will be selected from the entries.
• Epetome's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw. Your statutory rights are not affected.

THE PRIZE

• The prize consists of 2 x 6-month supplies of our synbiotic duo cap, to the value of £478.00.
• The product will be sent to you in one order.
• The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• If, due to circumstances beyond Epetome's reasonable control, the prize offered is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or similar value.
• The delivery of the prize is subject to the winner providing all contact details necessary for Epetome to complete the order, including but not limited to full name, address, contact email, and contact number. Entrant's delivery addresses must be in mainland UK, as outlined in the eligibility of entrants in these terms and conditions. Lead time and delivery time will apply to the prize reaching the winner.
• Entrance to the event is exclusively on Thursday 9th January 2025 from 9am - 11am at a London location that will be shared in separate correspondence with the winning participant only. By accepting attendance at the event, you agree to the terms that your guest is also 18+ years old and a mainland UK resident, as outlined in the eligibility of entrants in these terms and conditions.
• If you are unavailable on the 9th January 2025, we remind you again that the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Reasonable travel and accommodation to the event will be covered for you and your guest, up to the value of £300, bookable by Epetome.
• The winner, in consideration of being awarded the prize, may be required by Epetome to take part in related publicity. By entering the Prize Draw you are confirming that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph and videos both at our event and in follow-up with you via recorded video (where requested) and a statement or statements made by you in respect of the Prize, including follow-ups on your experience with our product so far and the benefit(s) you have realised since taking the product.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to provide Epetome with the right and licence to use the information you provide in this respect on the Epetome's website and Epetome's social media channels.
