These Prebiotic Snack Bars are packed with fibre and gut-feeding prebiotics, making them an ideal snack choice to support your digestive health throughout the day. This recipe makes 16 portions. Ingredients:  270 grams of jumbo oats  200g runny peanut butter  100g honey  2 whole eggs  A cupped handful of almonds  2 tbsp chia seeds  3 tbsp other seeds of choice (e.g. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds) Instructions:  Set the oven to 170°C on fan mode.  In a mixing bowl, combine the jumbo oats, runny peanut butter, honey, whole eggs, almonds, chia seeds, and other seeds of choice. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed. Press into a Pan: Transfer the mixture into a lined pan and press it firmly into an even layer. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes or until the bars are golden brown and firm to touch.  Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
