Grill on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes per side, then slice or chop. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes and then cool it in ice water. In the meantime, chop the red pepper and carrots  In a small bowl, mix together Greek yoghurt, mustard, dill, crushed garlic, and salt. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, carrots, and red pepper together. Add the grilled chicken and yoghurt dressing. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with roughly chopped walnuts.
