In a blender, blend together all ingredients.2. Serve over ice (optional). Kombucha cocktailThe probiotics in kombucha add good bacteria to your microbiome. And the anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger, grapefruit and rosemary help to soothe the gut lining.Ingredients: 250ml Ginger Lemon Kombucha (we used Remedy drinks) 1 sprig fresh rosemary 1 slice of grapefruit Ice (to serve) Method:1. Combine the kombucha, grapefruit and rosemary in a glass. Gently press the rosemary and grapefruit to release some of the natural oils and flavours.2. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. This allows the rosemary and grapefruit to infuse the kombucha with their aromatic and gut-friendly compounds. 3.Add ice and serve. Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):
- 125g mixed berries
- 125g kefir
- 1 tsp honey
Method:
1. In a blender, blend together all ingredients.
2. Serve over ice (optional).
