In a blender, blend together all ingredients.2. Serve over ice (optional). Kombucha cocktailThe probiotics in kombucha add good bacteria to your microbiome. And the anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger, grapefruit and rosemary help to soothe the gut lining.Ingredients: 250ml Ginger Lemon Kombucha (we used Remedy drinks) 1 sprig fresh rosemary 1 slice of grapefruit Ice (to serve) Method:1. Combine the kombucha, grapefruit and rosemary in a glass. Gently press the rosemary and grapefruit to release some of the natural oils and flavours.2. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. This allows the rosemary and grapefruit to infuse the kombucha with their aromatic and gut-friendly compounds. 3.Add ice and serve. Mixed berry smoothie

Packed with prebiotics, polyphenols and antioxidants and fibre from the berries, this simple smoothie is perfect for a quick on-the-go breakfast or snack.

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):

  • 125g mixed berries
  • 125g kefir
  • 1 tsp honey

Method:

1. In a blender, blend together all ingredients.
2. Serve over ice (optional).
