Ingredients:   200g ripe peach (peeled and chopped) 100g raspberries (fresh or frozen) Juice of ½ lemon 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste) Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract   Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into a container and freeze for at least 2–3 hours.
